The brief
Dog & Aqua Care runs a pet shop, a vet clinic, grooming and pet boarding, with more than one branch. They needed one system to keep track of customers, pets and payments.
What we did
We built a custom online system (ops.dogandaquacare.in). Every counter uses the same customer and pet records, staff log in with a PIN, WhatsApp messages go out in one tap, and it keeps working even when the internet is slow.
