The brief
Many businesses get more WhatsApp messages than their team can answer, and slow replies mean lost customers.
What we did
We are building an AI assistant that replies on WhatsApp using each business's own information, so it does not make up prices or details. All chats are saved in a dashboard, and staff can take over any chat at any time.
